Capability has two distinct services! The standard ACH, allowed by banking
institutions up to three times to ensure a payment is processed electronically
and the ability to hold or dedicate monies found in an account in part or in
whole, earmarked for recovery up to NINE times without leaving a footprint on
the bank account itself**
Access and
Security
DATATrue LLC employs a secure 128+ bit
encryption for the highest levels of security for all of its clients to ensure
appropriate levels of compliance to satisfy all legal demands, including a
clients needs to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley security control.
DATATrue LLC
offers each end-user this control by means of a Level 1-3 user access.
Level 1 is used by a CSR/front line
end-user to process requested data without the ability to change, manipulate or
in any other manner access confidential databases.
Level 2 is used for management at the
end-user location to enable re-verification of what a Level 1 user has processed
and can be audited by each individual user for up to 45-days of history.
Level 3 is used for company multi-unit
employees, auditors, directors and owners to audit all data received for
12-months of history.
